Andar Bahar – Pick a Side, Wait for the Joker’s Match
Andar Bahar is one of the simplest card games in the world and one of the fastest. A Joker card is revealed, cards are dealt alternately to the Andar and Bahar sides, and the first side to receive a card matching the Joker’s rank wins. Suits never matter.
What Andar Bahar is
Andar Bahar is a traditional Indian card game played with a single objective: predict which side will receive a card matching the Joker's rank first. Andar means "inside" and Bahar means "outside" — they are simply the two positions cards are dealt to.
There is no hand to build, no decision after the deal and nothing to manage mid-round. You choose a side, the deal runs, and the round resolves itself. That makes it the lowest-effort game in the Crash Arcade lobby.
How to play Andar Bahar
- Choose your chip value. Chips set how much each tap adds to a bet.
- Place chips on ANDAR, BAHAR or both. Total stake must sit within the ₹5 to ₹10,000 range.
- Tap DEAL. Betting closes for the round.
- The Joker card is revealed. Its rank is the target for the entire round.
- Cards are dealt alternately to Andar and Bahar. Andar receives the first card.
The game continues until a card with the same rank as the Joker appears. The side receiving that matching card wins. Suits do not matter at any point — only the rank.
Bet controls
UNDO
Removes your most recently placed chip. Useful when you tap the wrong side or the wrong denomination.
CLEAR
Removes all current selections from the table so you can start the bet again from zero.
REBET
Repeats supported previous bets in one tap, which keeps a fast session moving without re-placing chips each round.
REBET is a speed feature, not a strategy
Because it makes repeating a stake effortless, REBET can quietly increase how much you wager in a session. If you use it, pair it with a daily wager limit so the total stays where you intended.
Why Andar goes first
Andar receives the first card, which gives it a marginally higher chance of receiving the matching rank first. Payout odds are adjusted to account for that asymmetry, which is why the two sides do not always pay identically. The exact payout structure for your table is shown on the game's ? help screen — check it before you place your first chip.
Andar Bahar RTP and volatility
Andar Bahar carries an indicative RTP of around 97% with low-to-medium volatility. Rounds resolve quickly and outcomes cluster more tightly than in the crash games, which means smaller swings in both directions. It does not mean the game is a safe bet — it still has a house edge on every round.

Provably fair results
The outcome of every round is generated on the Crash Arcade server using a provably fair random system built from a server seed, a client seed, a nonce and HMAC-SHA256. Your bet is bound to that random stream before the result is calculated, so a completed bet cannot simply be rewritten afterwards.
The animation you see on screen represents the result. It does not independently decide it, and nothing you do to the animation changes what the server already determined. Read the full provably fair explanation.
