How the referral programme works

1. Log in to Crash Arcade. Referral codes are issued per account, so you need to be signed in.
2. Open Refer a Friend. It sits alongside your other account tools.
3. Copy your referral code. Each account has its own; it does not change.
4. Share it with an eligible adult friend. Only people aged 18 or older, in a place where real-money gaming is permitted.
5. Your friend registers using the code. The code has to be entered during registration to be tracked.
6. Applicable referral requirements are completed. These are set by the current promotion.
7. Eligible referral rewards are credited. Notifications appear in your account Inbox.

Who may receive the reward

Depending on the active promotion, the referring player, the referred player, or both may receive a reward after the applicable conditions are completed. The structure is set by the promotion in force at the time the referral is made, not at the time it is claimed.

Who is eligible to be referred

• People aged 18 or older
• People who do not already hold a Crash Arcade account
• People in a jurisdiction where real-money gaming is legally permitted
• People registering with their own genuine details, on their own device and payment method

• Never encourage anyone under 18 to register. Age is a hard legal boundary, not a policy preference.
• Do not refer yourself using a second account, a family member’s device or a shared payment method — this voids both accounts’ rewards.
• Do not post your code in a way that targets minors, or on any platform whose rules prohibit gambling promotion.

What can void a referral reward

Referral programmes attract abuse, so they carry stricter anti-fraud rules than most other promotions. Rewards are typically refused where there is evidence of:

• Self-referral, duplicate accounts, or multiple accounts on one device, household or payment method
• Fake, borrowed or stolen identity details on the referred account
• Automated or bulk registration
• Any attempt to manipulate the promotion or its requirements

Where to find your referral code

Your code is issued automatically alongside your player ID when you register. After signup you receive a unique Crash Arcade player ID in the format CA-12345678, and a referral code you can share with eligible friends. Both are visible from your account.
